In part three David talks about the connections between the paths from the houses to the roads and how it has all been carefully designed to create a harmonious blend of natural materials and the colours of nature and also how the costs are calculated.

The View Café nears completion

The View Café (sometimes called Treetops) is positioned near the edge of the village and has magnificent views southwards towards the Stara Planina mountain range.
